Digital Cameras

Unbelievable how you can't buy film anymore...
Have you ever even bought camera film? How about flashbulbs?

Digital cameras are everywhere now; on your phone, stuffed in your backpack, hiding in an extra zip pocket in your winter coat. Even your technologically inept parents have a digi cam and now how to use it. I first jumped on the bandwagon waaaay back in 2003 with a cute little pentax that could comfortably fit in an Altoids tin (not that I wanted my pics to be minty, but to show it's miniscule size). I finally upgraded to a more full-featured camera in 2007, but as newer things come out I'm constantly tempted by the latest and the greatest.

Maybe you need a camera, or you're looking for a cool gift for that special someone in your life, or you just need something to give your parents for their anniversary since they already have plenty of ties and scarves...

Here's some cool options that range from having the latest gimmickry, shoot a great pic for SO little money (remember when 2.0 megapixels was a lot and it cost around $500), or you are ready to upgrade to just short of a professional camera:

Tonal Watches

I saw this trend last fall, and was very tempted to purchase. Should've gone with my instincts because I see the watches around again this year. I think the look of all one solid color is great; the case, the band, the numbers on the face, everything! I also think that you can maybe wear a bit larger watch than you might be used to when you have this look. The monochromatic style is a bit pushier and worth showing off when it coordinates well with the outfit. Though I probably would not suggest wearing this large of a watch with a french cuff nor, for that matter, a business suit. This look is best left for after work.
